+What is HE Fest?

HE Fest 21 is an online festival that will take place on the 6th, 7th and 8th July.

Back by popular demand, this year’s festival has an exciting mix of headline acts, meet and greet panels, a bustling festival village and interactive scavenger hunt. There’s something for everyone, with acts to support all learners who will be making a transition in their educational journey in 2021, including their parents/carers and teachers/advisers. Over three jam-packed days, HE Fest 21 will provide the most up to date information about opportunities and pathways to higher education, with a particular focus on pathways from FE to HE.

+Who can attend?

We think you’ll love HE Fest if you are:

  • A student approaching a transition from school to Post-16 education or from Sixth Form/College to higher education.

  • A student who wants to consider their future options and find out about the opportunities available in the North East.

  • A parent/carer supporting a student in Year 9+.

  • A teacher or an adviser in the North East.

The more the merrier on our festival field so if you know someone who would love HE Fest please share this information with them.
